Warehouse Operative / Delivery Driver

About the Role

Join Rexel UK's Essex Branch as a Warehouse Operative and Delivery Driver, where you will play a key role in our operations. Your tasks will involve warehouse activities such as managing stock intake, picking and packing products from a broad inventory, loading delivery vehicles, and driving delivery routes as required.

This position also offers direct interaction with customers, aiming to provide outstanding service and foster repeat business relationships.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Valid UK driving license with no more than 3 penalty points
• Minimum age of 21 years, due to insurance requirements
• Demonstrated experience with multi-drop deliveries and basic warehouse operations
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with both customers and colleagues
• Adaptability to adjust workload as per business demands
• Behaviours such as collaboration, accountability, and customer focus are highly valued
