Warehouse Officer

About the Role

GT Medical is seeking an organized and detail-focused Warehouse Officer to join their expanding team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This role involves ensuring efficient inventory management and supporting smooth supply chain functions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials, verify against purchase orders, and inspect for accuracy.
• Maintain precise records for all deliveries, shipments, receipts, and transfers.
• Manage and regularly update inventory data to reflect current stock levels.
• Store and release supplies and equipment based on operational demands.
• Conduct periodic stock audits and monitor inventory levels vigilantly.
• Record detailed quantities and categorize supplies for proper distribution across designated areas.
• Examine stored goods for damage or discrepancies and report findings.
• Assist in inventory control tasks and ensure storage conditions meet set standards.
• Prepare detailed reports regarding inventory movements and changes.
• Organize, locate, sort, and transfer stock within different business areas efficiently.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation using relevant warehouse management systems.
• Carry out any additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related disciplines.
• 2 to 4 years of practical experience in warehouse operations.
• Strong proficiency in using inventory control and warehouse management systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Highly organized with strong coordination and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively under deadlines and contribute as a cooperative team member.
• Competent in reporting and data entry tasks related to inventory.
