Role Overview

We are recruiting a Stores - Warehouse Officer for our Cooroy location. This position involves managing inventory, handling materials, assisting in tool calibration, and ensuring adherence to aviation safety protocols. The role may require flexibility to work irregular hours or weekends as necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, store, and dispatch materials effectively.
• Organize and maintain stock of aviation-related inventory such as spare parts and tools.
• Track orders to guarantee timely and accurate deliveries.
• Keep detailed records, prepare reports, and address discrepancies.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and procurement departments.
• Follow safety regulations strictly, including the correct handling of hazardous materials.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in aviation logistics or warehouse management is required.
• Possession of Certificate IV in Warehousing and Transportation or an equivalent qualification.
• Dangerous Goods License is highly advantageous; forklift license is also preferred.
• Must have a valid Australian driver's license.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving and communication capabilities.
• Capable of working autonomously and adapting to shifting priorities.
