Warehouse Executive (Store Executive)

Job Overview

Navkar Engineering Company is seeking a disciplined and methodical Store Executive (male) based in Surat to effectively manage inventory and ensure seamless operational flow in the warehouse facility located at Sosyo Circle, Udhna-Magdalla Road.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming goods or products; verify and securely store them.
• Accurately record inventory transactions using Tally software or manual registers.
• Distribute materials in accordance with requests while maintaining detailed stock movement logs.
• Perform periodic audits and physical checks to verify stock integrity.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the storage area.
• Keep diligent records of damaged, replaced, or returned items.

Candidate Requirements

• Proficiency in storekeeping and inventory control along with fundamental accounting knowledge.
• Competent in MS Office applications with a focus on Excel, and skilled in using Tally.
• Strong organizational abilities coupled with effective time management skills.
