Role Overview

The Warehouse Coordinator position is a full-time, onsite role located in the Jazan Region. The individual in this role will manage daily warehouse operations such as coordinating shipments entering and leaving, arranging storage spaces, and maintaining precise inventory records. Responsibilities involve monitoring stock quantities, assisting in handling materials, and collaborating closely with logistics, procurement, and other internal departments to ensure timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Reviewing shipment documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Updating warehouse inventory systems regularly to reflect current stock.
• Maintaining cleanliness and enforcing safety measures within the warehouse environment.
• Communicating effectively with suppliers and transportation partners.
• Proactively resolving operational issues to facilitate smooth warehouse workflows.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in shipping and receiving processes to manage material flow efficiently.
• Strong capabilities in inventory control and management to maintain proper stock levels and prevent discrepancies.
• Effective communication skills to work seamlessly with internal teams and external vendors.
• Experience and skills in material handling to ensure safe movement and organization of warehouse items.
• Prior involvement in warehouse coordination, logistics, or supply chain operations is advantageous.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems or inventory software alongside basic computer literacy is preferred.
• Ability to comply with safety standards and operate in a physically active setting, including moderate lifting tasks.
• Minimum educational requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent; additional logistics or warehousing certifications are beneficial.
