Job Responsibilities

• Carry out assigned tasks adhering strictly to company policies and procedures.
• Execute loading, unloading, picking, packaging, and shrink-wrapping operations according to set standards.
• Perform various manual handling and lifting tasks safely.
• Follow all work instructions from supervisors carefully.
• Handle goods during warehouse operations and transportation in a manner that prevents damage to items, warehouse facilities, and delivery vehicles.
• Promptly report any inappropriate behavior from contractors or drivers encountered on site.
• Maintain and uphold the company's professional image at all times.
• Wear appropriate safety gear and uniforms consistently when present in the warehouse or yard.
• Report all accidents, incidents, damages, and near misses immediately to the warehouse supervisor.
• Conduct stocktaking and reconciliation activities when required.
• Be prepared to work overtime as necessary.
• Undertake other ad hoc tasks as directed by direct supervisors or managers.
• Perform tasks in compliance with internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Distribution Practice (GDP) training.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Comply fully with Hellmann’s Health and Safety policies and UAE health and safety laws, including wearing personal protective equipment, responsible equipment usage, and reporting safety issues promptly.

Candidate Profile

• Completion of secondary school education (high school graduate).
• At least one year of experience working as a warehouse assistant.
• Familiarity with warehousing processes and procedures.
• Basic proficiency in English communication.
