Operating a showroom, online store, and vaults across multiple countries, they maintain a compact team to enable swift decisions and close customer connections.

Role Purpose

The Warehouse Assistant role ensures the safety and accuracy of every precious metal item handled. Responsibility lies in confirming that customers' metals are correctly counted, securely stored, and dispatched properly as trusted assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately handle precious metals daily alongside the vault team; verify deliveries against documents; store products appropriately; prepare outbound items; learn authenticity testing, cash handling, and inventory counting with strong attention to detail.
• Support online order processing by picking, packing, double-checking, and shipping items while maintaining accuracy amid busy periods.
• Engage in physically demanding tasks such as standing, lifting, and transporting heavy metals during warehouse and vault operations.
• Maintain an immaculate and appealing showroom presentation, reflecting the company's brand image.
• Proactively suggest improvements in counting, organizing, or logistics and raise flags on irregularities.

• Highly meticulous with exceptional accuracy, repeatedly validating counts and detecting discrepancies.
• Physically robust and comfortable performing manual activities involving lifting heavy items and long hours on feet.
• Observant with acute attention to visual details in displays, labels, and shipments.
• Trustworthy and honest, upholding integrity while managing valuable commodities.
• Good practical judgment and calm under pressure, capable of independent problem-solving.
• Self-motivated, proactive in taking initiative and communicating ideas for enhancement.
• Eager to learn industry knowledge, product handling methods, and contribute energy toward growth.

Additional Information

This role excludes sitting desks tasks; it demands active engagement and physical involvement. It surpasses typical warehouse jobs in terms of care, precision, and responsibility due to the high-value nature of goods.

Compensation and Work Schedule

Monthly salary ranges from SGD 2,000 to SGD 3,000 depending on experience, supplemented by a 13th-month bonus and potential variable bonuses up to three months' pay. The position involves a 5-day workweek, including one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).
