Role Overview
We are seeking Ward Service Associates across various disciplines to deliver superior patient care within our healthcare settings. This role emphasizes direct patient interaction, service quality, and support duties essential to nutrition and cleanliness standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to hospital patients.
- Serve and clear food and beverages according to patient meal orders, ensuring accuracy.
- Assist with inventory management related to food and beverage supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness of your workstation and comply strictly with health and sanitation regulations.
- Support nursing staff in addressing patients' nutritional requirements.
- Uphold confidentiality and privacy regarding patient information.
- Perform other tasks as delegated by management.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrated passion for healthcare and patient well-being.
- Minimum educational requirement is GCE N Level or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience in the Food & Beverage industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Proactive, self-motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Basic computer literacy is necessary.
- Flexible to work staggered shifts including weekends on rotation (one Saturday or Sunday per week) and public holidays.
- Typical shifts include 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM and 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
