Job description
Position Overview
We are seeking an individual, preferably experienced, to provide a professional, patient-centered meal service while ensuring all hygiene and safety regulations are strictly observed.
Key Duties
- Deliver a professional and customer-focused approach in patient meal service.
- Adhere to Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) standards.
- Observe all Trust protocols, policies, and procedures diligently.
- Operate in environments that may be hot or continuously chilled.
- Ensure precise collection and distribution of patient meals.
- Complete all necessary documentation accurately.
- Endure extended periods of standing during shifts.
Working Hours
The role involves working various shifts on a three-week rotation schedule, including two weekends out of every three.
