Waiting Staff

Role Overview

We are looking to recruit full-time Waiting Staff to be part of the Food & Beverage Team at Cliff House Hotel, located in Ardmore, County Waterford, Ireland. The successful candidates will deliver exceptional guest service in a hospitality environment with a welcoming and approachable attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all guests ensuring a friendly and positive experience.
• Maintain high personal appearance standards in line with brand expectations.
• Adhere strictly to company brand standards across all service areas.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
• Be available to work a full-time schedule amounting to approximately 40 hours per week, including weekends.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience preferably in a hotel food and beverage setting is desired.
• Strong organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain excellent personal grooming and presentation.
• Commitment to full-time availability and working weekend shifts.
