Role Overview

As a Waiter/Waitress, you will provide outstanding food and beverage services, ensuring each guest has a memorable dining experience. Your duties will include gaining thorough knowledge of menu items, drinks, and hotel offerings to guide guests confidently, building authentic connections to anticipate and fulfill guest needs, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries or complaints, promoting menu specialties to support revenue, maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards, collaborating with hotel colleagues to deliver a seamless guest journey, and contributing positively to the team culture by upholding Hyatt's service standards and values.
