Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights is seeking dedicated individuals to join their team as Waiter/Waitress. This role demands providing guests with exceptional, personalized service throughout their dining experience, ensuring satisfaction and repeat patronage.

Role Overview

The primary function of this position is to deliver courteous, professional, efficient, and versatile service in food and beverage operations. Responsibilities include performing opening and closing procedures at the assigned work area, managing operating supplies to minimize spoilage and wastage, processing cash and credit payments accurately, and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of all food and beverage offerings. The ability to recommend suitable combinations and engage in upselling and cross-selling is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guests with outstanding and personalized dining and drinking experiences.
• Report any guest complaints or issues to supervisors promptly if immediate resolution is unavailable, ensuring proper follow-up.
• Maintain awareness of all hotel activities and perform thorough handovers to the next shift for continuity.
• Uphold high grooming and hygiene standards consistently.
• Foster positive relationships and cooperation with colleagues and other departments.
• Support supervisors and team members by completing reasonable additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possession of a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management is preferred.
• A minimum of two years’ experience in hotel operations is required.
• Strong customer service skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are mandatory.
