Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the smooth functioning of the banquets department by providing high-standard conference and banqueting services.
• Work collaboratively within a team to maximize guest satisfaction and promptly address any guest inquiries.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks ensuring timely and professional completion.
• Contribute to meeting departmental goals and objectives aligned with hotel initiatives and targets.
• Coordinate with supervisors to manage costs, control inventory, and maintain productivity and performance standards.
• Foster strong, effective working relationships aligned with the company culture and values.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, risk management, and internal/external audit requirements, including proper documentation and follow-up.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in food and beverage service is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Passionate commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and enthusiasm for the hospitality sector.
• Ability to take initiative and devise creative solutions for assigned responsibilities.
• Integrity and a professional attitude in a performance-driven environment.
• Excellent communication skills essential for effective teamwork and guest interaction.
