About the Role

Join the prestigious Trump International Golf Club Dubai, a prime luxury golf destination nestled in DAMAC Hills, known for its 18-hole Championship course and a 9-hole floodlit par-3 course. As a Waiter, you will be integral to providing top-tier food and beverage services across various club venues including restaurants, lounges, patio areas, the golf course, and during special events, ensuring every guest receives impeccable hospitality aligned with the club's standards.

Responsibilities

• Offer attentive, efficient, and professional service to members and guests in all dining and event areas.
• Maintain high standards of hospitality, fostering an exceptional dining environment.
• Support service delivery during regular shifts which predominantly include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Adapt to additional working hours during peak seasons and club events, including performance outdoors when serving patio and tournament guests.

Requirements

• Prior experience in food and beverage service, ideally in golf clubs, hotels, or upscale dining establishments.
• Familiarity with fine dining etiquette along with wine and alcohol service considered advantageous.
• Minimum education of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification in food safety and responsible alcohol service is preferred.
• Flexibility to work non-standard hours in alignment with club operational needs.

Working Conditions

• Shifts often take place during evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Extra hours may be demanded during the busy golf season and large club events.
• Outdoor service may be required when catering to tournaments or using outdoor patio spaces.
