Role Overview
As a Waiter/Waitress at El Pastor, you will play an integral role in delivering outstanding guest service by embodying the warmth and hospitality the group is known for. Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment, managing guest expectations, and exhibiting strong knowledge about the menu, ingredients, and allergens, especially with a passion for Mexican cuisine and culture.
