Job Summary
The Waiter / Steward plays a key role in assisting guests by guiding them through the menu and helping with their orders. This role involves answering customer inquiries, suggesting food or beverage options, and providing detailed explanations about the menu items including ingredients and taste.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting food and beverages by clarifying menu details and making thoughtful recommendations.
- Handle billing accurately by preparing the customer's invoice and completing the payment process.
- Ensure tables are promptly cleared and maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
- Attend to guests’ needs effectively, providing attentive and courteous service.
