Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and seat guests with friendly hospitality.
• Take orders precisely and communicate menu details, particularly explaining Tamil Nadu and Chettinad dishes to those less familiar.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure prompt and accurate food delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables and replenish service stations regularly.
• Manage billing procedures and perform basic point-of-sale operations.
• Respond to guest inquiries and refer complaints through the proper channels as per company policy.
• Adhere strictly to grooming and hygiene standards at all times.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience ranging from none up to two years in restaurant or hospitality service roles; fresh candidates are welcome.
• Basic proficiency in spoken Hindi is necessary; English communication skills are beneficial but not essential.
• Availability to work in rotational shifts including weekends.
• Physically capable of standing and walking for extended periods.
• A courteous and guest-oriented attitude is critical.
