Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Waiter to join our Riyadh team. You will play a vital role in delivering a remarkable dining experience by providing attentive, professional service to guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and seat guests upon arrival
• Offer menus and introduce daily specials while answering queries about dishes, ingredients, and preparation
• Accurately take food and beverage orders using the point-of-sale system
• Serve meals and drinks promptly and professionally
• Ensure tables are properly set with appropriate linens, china, glassware, and cutlery
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area during service
• Process guest payments efficiently and accurately
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to confirm order accuracy and timely delivery
• Address customer concerns promptly and escalate to management if needed
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking and cleaning assigned sections
• Keep informed about menu modifications, restaurant policies, and relevant local events
• Comply with all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations

Required Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience as a waiter in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Customer service oriented with a friendly and professional approach
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Detail-focused with excellent memory and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in using POS systems and managing cash or credit transactions
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
• Physical stamina for extended periods of standing and walking
• Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic math skills for billing and payments
• Passion for food and beverage service
• Good time management and organizational abilities
• Capability to remain composed and professional under pressure
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages beneficial
