About the Role

Located in the UAE, this full-time position reports to the Head Waiter, Section Head, or Restaurant Manager (AGM) and is based in the Front of House department. The Waiter role is essential for delivering attentive and professional table service, representing the brand with excellence to ensure guests consistently enjoy a superior dining experience. Success in this role depends on strong product knowledge, precise service execution, and teamwork to maintain efficient service flow.

Primary Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system
• Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring appropriate presentation and timing
• Assist guests by explaining the menu and offering recommendations
• Monitor guest satisfaction, addressing requests promptly
• Encourage upselling aligned with service standards
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in assigned areas
• Collaborate with runners, kitchen, and bar staff to facilitate seamless service
• Support team members to maintain service pace during peak hours
• Adhere strictly to hygiene, safety, and service standard operating procedures
• Maintain professional appearance and uphold brand image
• Assist with opening, closing, and side duties as needed

Candidate Profile

• Between 1 and 3 years of experience in waiter or similar service roles
• Excellent communication and customer service capabilities

• Positive outlook combined with strong team collaboration skills
