Role Overview

We are looking for a polite, attentive, and professional Waiter to join BeBabel The Palm. The ideal candidate will ensure guests receive outstanding service by delivering accurate and timely food and beverage orders while maintaining a positive demeanor in a lively beach club setting. Proficiency in Arabic is a key requirement for this role.

Core Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and greet guests with courtesy and professionalism.
• Introduce menus, clarify dishes, and advise guests on food and beverage pairings.
• Accurately take and serve guest orders ensuring prompt delivery.
• Observe and anticipate guest needs to provide personalized service enhancing satisfaction.
• Set up, maintain, and clear tables adhering to upscale standards.
• Support opening and closing procedures for the restaurant.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams to maintain smooth service operations.
• Address guest complaints tactfully and involve management when necessary.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu content, ingredients, wines, and beverages.
• Promote specials, premium items, and wine pairings to boost sales.
• Stay informed about ongoing promotions, events, and service guidelines.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining spaces conforming to health and safety regulations.
• Adhere rigorously to hygiene standards and service protocols.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess between two to four years of experience in fine dining, upscale restaurants, or luxury hotel food and beverage service.
• Well-versed in fine-dining etiquette, service excellence, and wine/beverage pairing knowledge.
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Arabic language proficiency is mandatory.
