Position Overview

This role involves preparing the dining area prior to service, ensuring it is tidy, well-organized, and presentable, and performing duties related to serving patrons effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the morning cleaning of the restaurant premises.
• Sanitize all serving utensils before every service period.
• Support the captain waiter in setting up the dining space.
• Maintain a neat personal appearance and uphold strict hygiene standards.
• Assist the captain waiter in preparing mise en place for service.
• Deliver food items from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently.
• Help the captain waiter place food plates on guests' tables.
• Replace ashtrays and refill water glasses during service hours.
• Clear and clean tables promptly after customers finish their meals.
• Transport soiled plates and glassware to the dishwashing section.
• Operate under the direction of the captain waiter, adhering to instructions closely.
