Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced VRV Sales professional to lead sales efforts for Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRV) systems. This position requires close collaboration with clients to tailor solutions that meet their specific needs, as well as coordination with engineering and installation teams to ensure successful project completion and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Devise and execute effective sales strategies focused on VRV systems.
- Identify potential clients by networking and outreach activities.
- Conduct informative product presentations and demonstrations.
- Work alongside technical teams to deliver customized client solutions.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Keep track of market developments and competitor trends.
Team Structure
You will join a proactive sales team, reporting directly to the Sales Manager, collaborating with engineers and project managers.

- Strong combination of technical expertise and sales capabilities.
- Experience in HVAC sales or a similar sector.
- Technical understanding of VRV systems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
