Role Overview and Responsibilities

We are seeking seasoned professionals with a background in selling industrial products such as compressors, pumps, and generators. The ideal candidate will confidently expand business within their designated region, leveraging customer relationship management (CRM) tools and personal client interactions to boost sales revenue.

• Develop and grow business opportunities in the assigned territorial region.
• Utilize CRM systems like Salesforce, Zoho, or SAP to manage sales pipelines and customer data effectively.
• Demonstrate eagerness for direct customer engagement through in-person visits.
• Translate the company's business goals into actionable and profitable strategies and plans.
• Deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing product benefits and solutions.
• Consistently provide detailed daily and monthly sales forecasting and potential revenue-generating opportunities including proposed actions.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses a Mechanical Engineering degree with an MBA focused on Marketing.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Zoho CRM or equivalents is essential.
• Availability and willingness for travel as required by sales demands.
• Strong communication skills in English and local languages are mandatory.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating and delivering customer presentations is required.
