Role Overview
As a Voice Process Executive at Digitide Solutions Limited in Hyderabad, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions across calls, emails, and chats specifically related to banking services. Key Responsibilities

- Document all customer interactions meticulously in the CRM system for record-keeping and future reference.
