About the Role
Join Digitide Solutions Limited as a Telesales Executive to contribute to the IDFC Cross Sell process. Candidates should have an average communication level equivalent to Versant 3 to effectively engage with customers over the phone.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct telesales activities to promote and cross-sell IDFC products and services.
- Manage communication with potential clients efficiently during the allotted shift hours.
Work Schedule and Location
- Shift timings are rotational daytime windows between 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM, with each shift lasting 9 hours.
- Weekly day off is Sunday.
- Work location is at Reliable Tech Park, 1st floor, C Wing, Airoli, Navi Mumbai 400708.
Compensation
- Starting salary for freshers is ₹15,000 per month (in-hand).
- Experienced candidates may earn up to ₹19,000 per month (in-hand).
Qualifications and Eligibility
- Minimum qualification required is completion of Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC).
- Graduates are also eligible to apply.
