VMC Programmer

Role Overview

We are hiring a skilled VMC Programmer to join our team at Navlakh Umbre MIDC, Pune. Candidates with 3 to 10 years of hands-on experience with VMC machines and Fanuc control systems are encouraged to apply. The role involves operating, setting, and programming VMC machines, requiring strong practical knowledge for 3, 4, and 5-axis machining.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and program VMC machines using Fanuc controls.
• Perform tool, work offset, and job setup accurately.
• Interpret engineering drawings to guide machining processes.
• Edit and create machine programs adhering to quality standards.
• Maintain machining parameters such as speeds, feeds, and cutting tools knowledge.
• Inspect finished parts ensuring dimensional accuracy.
• Focus on achieving production targets with a strong orientation towards quality.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 years up to 10 years of experience in VMC operation, setting, and programming.
• Familiarity with Fanuc control programming and editing.
• Ability to understand and work from engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of cutting tools and machining processes is essential.
• Responsible for quality and production efficiency.
• Open to candidates from any educational background, including 10th pass/fail, 12th pass/fail, ITI, Diploma, or Graduation, focusing only on relevant VMC experience.

• Shifts available: Day shift and Night shift options.

• Salary ranges between ₹30,000 to ₹50,000 per month for an 8-hour shift, final pay is dependent on interview and previous salary.
