Job description
Role Overview
As a Visual Merchandiser at H&M in Indore, you will be instrumental in shaping an engaging and consistent shopping environment that enhances the customer journey. Your role involves implementing visual standards and driving commercial success aligned with the brand's values and store objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement visual merchandising, commercial styling, and curation according to store protocols and calendars to enrich the customer experience and boost sales.
- Review sales data, manage stock volumes, ensure care of garments, and identify key visual and commercial opportunities in partnership with Store Management.
- Leverage knowledge of current trends and competitor activities to train and empower the store team for optimal customer service delivery.
- Maintain a positive representation of yourself and the H&M brand during all interactions with customers.
- Assist the Sales Market team with store expansion initiatives.
Collaborative Environment
You will be a vital team member within the store’s dynamic environment, working alongside Sales Advisors, Department Managers, Store Managers, and other key roles to foster an inviting setting. Collaboration extends beyond the store to the Area Team as well, sharing insights to achieve collective success and inspire customers with the latest fashion trends.

- Possess strong visual merchandising and commercial expertise in a fast-paced setting, coupled with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
- Have a solid understanding of managing and interpreting sales reports to inform decision making.

Additional Information
