Job Overview
As a Visual Merchandiser at H&M's Aurangabad store, you will be instrumental in crafting an engaging and cohesive customer journey by applying visual merchandising standards and boosting commercial outcomes. Your role will reflect the company's values and contribute to both your personal success and that of H&M.
Key Duties
- Implement visual, commercial, and styling strategies aligned with store directives and calendars to enrich the customer’s in-store experience and increase sales.
- Evaluate sales data, manage inventory levels, uphold garment care standards, and collaborate with Store Management to spot and prioritize merchandising opportunities.
- Leverage insights about trends and competitors to mentor and motivate the store team, enabling them to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
- Uphold a positive representation of yourself and the brand in all customer engagements.
- Assist the Sales Market team with store expansion initiatives.
Team Collaboration
You will work closely with various members of the store team, including Sales Advisors, Department Managers, and Store Managers, alongside the broader Area Team, fostering collaboration to share knowledge and drive collective success. Together, the team aims to help customers confidently express themselves through the latest fashion trends while promoting accessibility and sustainability.

- Proven expertise in visual merchandising and commercial activities within dynamic settings, coupled with a problem-solving outlook.
- Ability to interpret and act upon sales reports and the selling equation effectively.
