Sales Advisor

Role Overview

As a Sales Advisor at H&M's Patna store, you will be a key contributor to delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities include welcoming and guiding customers, assisting them in product selection with expert fashion knowledge, and embodying the company's values to support both personal and organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customers with insightful fashion and product advice to aid their purchase decisions.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure excellent customer service throughout the shopping experience.
• Maintain an organized, fully stocked, and inviting sales floor and back-of-house area.
• Assist with store opening and closing duties.
• Represent both yourself and the H&M brand positively in all customer engagements.

Team Environment

You will be part of a dynamic Store Team, including roles such as Department Managers, Store Managers, Visual Merchandisers, and others, working together to create an inspiring and welcoming environment for customers. Cooperation with the wider Area Team is essential to share insights and enhance overall store performance. Your efforts help customers express their individuality through the latest fashions while making style accessible and sustainable.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in customer service within fashion, retail, or related sectors is required.
• A strong passion for fashion and a commitment to delivering superior in-store experiences that drive sales.
• Ability to thrive within a collaborative, fast-paced, and changing environment.
• Good communication skills, a creative mindset, a curiosity to engage with store technology, and eagerness to learn and grow.
