Job Overview
This role is a permanent, full-time position requiring 39 hours per week at the H&M store located in Limerick, Ireland. The role demands flexibility in working hours including availability on weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement visual merchandising, commercial, and styling initiatives aligned with store standards to enhance shopping experiences and boost sales.
- Assess sales performance, maintain garment care, and identify opportunities for visual and commercial improvements in collaboration with management.
- Leverage trend knowledge and competitor analysis to mentor the store team and enhance customer experience delivery.

As part of a dynamic Store Team—comprising Sales Advisors, Team Leaders, Department Managers, Visual Merchandisers, and Store Managers—you will contribute to creating an inspiring and inviting retail environment for customers and colleagues alike.
