Your Role

As a Visual Merchandiser, you are responsible for designing the sales floor, window displays, and styling mannequins to create an inspiring shopping atmosphere. You independently implement visual and commercial concepts in accordance with store guidelines and schedules, focusing on current trends, merchandise care, and impactful product presentation. Your keen sense for styling, detail, and display shapes the store's image. Your actions aligned with our values contribute both to your success and that of H&M.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze sales data independently to identify visual opportunities and collaborate with the store management team to develop optimization strategies.
• Share your knowledge of fashion trends with the store team, actively enhancing the unique customer experience.
• Set up promotional and sale areas, presenting merchandise following timing and planning specifications.
• Represent the H&M Group positively by being authentic.
• Optionally support the sales market in expansion projects.
