Visual Merchandiser

Role Overview

As a Visual Merchandiser at H&M in Mohali, you will be instrumental in enhancing the customer journey by applying visual standards that align with store policies and schedules. Your efforts aim to inspire customers and boost commercial success while reflecting the brand's core values.

Core Responsibilities

• Implement creative and commercial visual presentations according to store guidelines and planned calendars to enrich the shopping experience and increase sales.
• Assess sales trends, manage inventory, ensure proper garment care, and collaborate with Store Management to prioritize merchandising and sales opportunities.
• Utilize knowledge of fashion trends and competitor activity to train and guide store teams, empowering them to offer an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain a positive and professional representation of yourself and the H&M brand during all customer engagements.
• Contribute support to the Sales Market on store growth and expansion initiatives.

Work Environment

You will be part of an energetic store team including roles such as Sales Advisors, Department and Store Managers, and other key positions, all working collaboratively to create an inviting atmosphere. Additionally, you will engage with the broader Area Team, sharing insights to drive collective success and help customers express their individuality through fashion.

• Possess solid experience in visual merchandising and commercial retail settings with a problem-solving and solution-driven approach.
• Ability to analyze sales data and understand the selling dynamics effectively.
