Key Responsibilities

• Deliver knowledgeable customer consultations to create exceptional and service-focused shopping encounters.
• Proactively support sales targets by professionally engaging and advising customers.
• Implement Nike's Visual Merchandising guidelines and maintain store standards on the sales floor.
• Ensure attractive and sales-enhancing displays of merchandise, mannequins, and promotional arrangements.
• Assist with seasonal product launches, floor settings, and campaign rollouts within the store.
• Regularly monitor displays to guarantee compliance with Nike's presentation criteria.
• Contribute to goods reception, shelf stocking, and warehouse organization.
• Maintain orderliness and cleanliness in both sales areas and storage rooms.
• Handle customer inquiries, exchanges, and returns in a courteous and solution-oriented manner.
