Responsibilities

• Serve as the product expert and enhance internal guidelines by leveraging your exceptional fashion and design knowledge, always focusing on customer needs.
• Create striking product displays on the shop floor that draw customer attention.
• Analyze product performance within the store to determine the best presentation strategies and develop actions to improve sales results.
• Inspire customers through creative and trendy outfit combinations based on current trends.
• Conduct regular trend workshops to actively share your knowledge with team members.

Qualifications

• Experience in visual merchandising or visual marketing is required.
• Stay continuously updated with the latest fashion trends via social media, fashion blogs, and apps, with solid awareness of current designers and must-have items.
• A keen aesthetic sense and imaginative skills to showcase products effectively.
• Talent for daily creation of diverse outfit combinations.
• Strong attention to detail ensuring every product is impeccably displayed.
