Role Overview
Take on the role of Assistant Store Manager at the Bershka store located in Berlin - East Side Mall. This is a full-time permanent position where your leadership will turn strategic goals into tangible achievements on the sales floor every day.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will unite people, performance, and processes. Lead teams, foster talent development, and ensure that the store's commercial objectives are actively pursued and realized. Together with the Store Manager, you will make well-informed decisions, handle priorities, and continuously advance store operations. Your influence will be clearly visible within the team, the shop floor, and financial results.
Candidate Profile
We seek individuals who understand that a successful store thrives where leadership provides clear direction and motivation creates impact. You will carefully manage sales figures, maintain exceptional customer service, and ensure a positive atmosphere within the store.
