Position Overview
Join our team as a Visual Commercial in full-time capacity at the ZARA store located in Pforzheim, Baden-Württemberg. Your role focuses on transforming the latest trends into memorable in-store experiences by creatively linking products with customers. You'll interpret fashion trends to design the store's layout, guide customer attention, and bring each collection vividly to life.
Core Responsibilities
- Create engaging store presentations reflecting current trends and store dynamics.
- Combine customer insight with product display, effectively positioning merchandise.
- Support commercial decisions alongside team members by applying visual criteria.
- Monitor fashion, store environment, and street culture to adapt visual concepts accordingly.
Candidate Profile
- Strong passion for impactful product arrangement and visual storytelling.
- Ability to understand and respond to the commercial rhythm and store atmosphere.
- Experience or keen awareness of fashion trends, retail environments, and culture.
- Collaborative team player with a vision for bringing the store space to life.
