Job description
Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Visual & Commercial Manager to oversee the visual presentation within a prominent flagship retail location in Dublin City Centre. This senior leadership role offers significant autonomy to shape store aesthetics, cultivate team talent, and effectively promote product launches and marketing campaigns.
Key Duties
- Maintain and enhance visual standards across the store environment.
- Organize and implement visual aspects for product launches, marketing campaigns, and seasonal promotions.
- Create engaging product displays using styling, outfit coordination, mannequin setups, and window designs.
- Optimize store layout and fixture arrangements to boost customer engagement and sales results.
- Continuously spot and act on opportunities to improve visual merchandising and the shopper's experience.
- Collaborate with broader teams to support sales growth and profitability objectives.
- Lead and motivate large teams in a fast-paced, high-volume retail setting.
- Ensure an outstanding customer experience while surpassing key performance indicators and targets.
Candidate Profile
- Proven background in roles such as Visual Manager or Visual Merchandising Manager, or comparable leadership positions.
- Strong experience in fashion, home goods, or lifestyle retail sectors.
- An acute sense of detail and excellence in visual presentation.
- Track record of managing and nurturing team development.
- Commercially savvy with a deep understanding of how visual merchandising impacts sales performance.
- Ability to confidently plan and execute projects, campaigns, and seasonal rollouts from initial concept through implementation.
