Visa / Immigration Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking a female Visa / Immigration Consultant based in Kudasan, Gandhinagar, Gujarat, with a minimum of 2 years of experience. The consultant will handle applicants seeking study and visa guidance, conduct counseling sessions, manage leads, and maintain excellent customer relationships. The role operates Monday through Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Conduct counselling for students and visa applicants to understand their backgrounds, career goals, finances, and preferred destinations.
• Provide tailored information on study and visa options, eligibility criteria, documentation, processes, and timelines.
• Handle and professionally manage incoming leads and enquiries, following up regularly to convert them into applications.
• Maintain strong, trustworthy relationships with prospective clients and coordinate with visa processing teams upon case confirmation.
• Keep detailed records of counselling sessions, leads, follow-ups, and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Stay informed of company-approved visa and study programs, country-specific requirements, and escalate complex cases as needed.

• Good listening and questioning abilities with strong follow-up skills.
• Capable of handling multiple enquiries while maintaining quality service.
• Willing to learn continuously about visa and immigration services.

Qualifications and Experience

• Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BA, BCA, B.Sc or equivalent acceptable).
• Minimum 2 years experience preferred; freshers with excellent communication and interest in counselling and sales may be considered.
• Experience in visa consultancy, immigration, overseas education, student counselling, travel consultancy, sales, or customer relationship management is advantageous.

Working Conditions

• Work location: Kudasan, Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
• Work days: Monday to Saturday.
• Work hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
