The Virtual Relationship Manager role focuses on engaging with bank customers and prospects remotely, ensuring a smooth and effective experience. This position is responsible for nurturing and growing the relationship with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) by delivering quality portfolio management and proactive communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers virtually to ensure a seamless interaction experience.
• Grow and strengthen existing HNI customer relationships through sustained portfolio quality management.
• Maintain continuous interaction with portfolio customers, adhering to internal contact policies and accurately documenting each engagement.
• Handle customer calls following standards set by the bank.
• Address customer service needs and work to deepen banking relationships.
• Identify opportunities to provide suitable financial products to clients by cross-selling and upselling.
• Contribute to building and maintaining strong customer ties both internally and externally.
