Job Overview and Responsibilities

As a Villa Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional, courteous, and engaging service to guests. Daily duties include thorough cleaning of assigned guest rooms, encompassing dusting, bed making, replacing soiled linens, vacuuming, bathroom and window cleaning, and restocking room supplies. You will be required to sign in and out master keys at the start and end of each shift and maintain proper usage of cleaning materials and equipment.

Detailed record-keeping of cleaned rooms is essential, along with returning and tagging any lost and found items properly at the Housekeeping Office. Adherence to departmental policies, procedures, and service standards is expected. You will report maintenance issues promptly and perform additional duties as assigned.

Additional Duties

• Remove debris from swimming pool nets and common areas, clean plant pots and trays.
• Clean kitchen areas used by guests late at night, including utensils.
• Mop dining areas and outdoor spaces such as poolside seating areas.
• Set up and prepare breakfast, including taking orders and preparing meals according to the menu.
• Water indoor plants and maintain cleanliness of the terrace.
• Assist with guest laundry and linen processing as directed by the HomeOwner or guests.
• Perform morning housekeeping services in all bedrooms and bathrooms, arranging guest belongings.
• Provide lunch relief for the Villa Attendant on alternate days.
• Prepare and serve evening snacks such as tea, coffee, and other requested items; perform fogging around the villa.
• Provide evening bedroom service and attend to extra guest requests.
• Oversee dinner service and clean the kitchen and dispose of garbage accordingly.
