About the Role
Alliance Events UAE is seeking skilled Video Operators to become essential members of their dedicated technical production team. This is a full-time on-site role requiring candidates to have hands-on expertise in live event video operations and AV production.
Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will independently install, configure, manage, and troubleshoot various video equipment used during live events, including LED systems, video switchers, playback devices, and signal distribution setups.
Candidate Requirements
- At least four years of proven professional experience in live events or audiovisual production.
- Comprehensive practical knowledge of LED display technology and video signal control.
- Capability to autonomously set up, operate, and resolve issues with video systems.
- Fluency in English communication.
- Currently residing in the United Arab Emirates.
- Availability for a full-time role; freelance candidates will not be considered.
Selection Process
Shortlisted applicants will be invited for an in-person interview along with a technical demonstration to assess real-world skills and proficiency.
