About the Role

IP Supershoppee Pvt Ltd is seeking a creative and detail-focused Video Editor to become a vital member of the digital marketing team. The candidate will specialize in producing short-form video content tailored for active social media platforms like Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. This role demands an aptitude for visual storytelling to craft engaging promotional, product, tutorial, and educational videos that align with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short videos for various social media platforms, especially Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Produce compelling promotional and product-centered videos for the company’s e-commerce platform.
• Develop clear and smooth tutorial, explainer, and educational videos.
• Add transitions, animated text, captions, sound effects, music, and other enhancements as needed.
• Ensure video content adheres to brand guidelines and campaign specifications.
• Select and arrange footage to maintain engagement and pacing.
• Perform basic color grading, audio improvements, and optimization for quality.
• Create multiple versions and adjust formats to suit different social media platforms.
• Keep abreast of evolving video editing trends, social media styles, and content formats.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams to meet project deadlines and requirements.
• Organize and manage video assets including raw footage and final exports efficiently.
• Guarantee all published videos comply with quality, resolution, and platform standards.

Required Skills

• Familiarity with Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media video formats.
• Strong understanding of video composition, pacing, transitions, typography, and sound design.
• Capability to transform raw video material into captivating, polished content.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to deadlines.
• Creative mindset with openness to experimenting with new video formats.

Preferred Skills

• Experience producing e-commerce, product-related, or advertising videos.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Basic graphic design knowledge.
• Experience with motion graphics and promotional content creation.
• Awareness of social media content trends.
• Understanding of AI-driven video and creative tool advantages.

Experience & Eligibility

Applicants with up to 2 years’ experience in video editing or content creation are preferred, but fresh graduates with a strong portfolio demonstrating editing capabilities will also be considered.

Additional Details

Location: IP Shopy, Dnyanpeeth Campus, T-18, Software Technology Park of India (STPI), Opp. Garware Stadium, Naregaon Road, CIDCO, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra – 431006.

Working Days: Monday through Saturday.

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience and performance, typically ₹12,000 to ₹20,000 per month.
