About the Role

We are hiring an experienced BPO Telecaller to join our team remotely, focusing on connecting with potential customers for ipshopy.com. The position is full-time with an attractive fixed salary and additional incentives based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads assigned by the company.
• Clearly articulate and promote services offered by ipshopy.com.
• Generate interest and effectively convert leads into customers.
• Conduct follow-ups with interested parties, both buyers and sellers.
• Meet daily and monthly targets related to call volume and conversions.
• Diligently document all calls and follow-up interactions using CRM software.
• Address customer inquiries professionally and with confidence.
• Prepare and submit daily performance reports to the team leader.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in BPO, telesales, telecalling, or customer acquisition is mandatory; freshers need not apply.
• Fluent verbal communication skills in Hindi with convincing abilities.
• Basic proficiency in English communication.
• Proven experience in converting leads and maintaining consistent follow-ups.
• Strong target orientation and self-driven motivation.
• Familiarity and comfort with CRM software tools.
• Preference will be given to candidates residing in Delhi NCR.
