Role Overview
This full-time, on-site position located in Kolkata involves assembling raw footage, refining video content, and ensuring final videos conform to brand standards and campaign goals. The Video Editor will collaborate with creative and marketing teams, integrate feedback effectively, add motion graphics and simple visual effects, and carry out color correction and grading. Responsibilities also include preparing videos for diverse platforms, organizing project files systematically, and managing multiple deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in video production and editing techniques.
- Skills in video color grading and visual enhancements.
- Experience with motion graphics and designing graphic elements to enrich visuals.
- Competence with standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or alternatives.
- Ability to understand creative briefs, adhere to brand directives, and assimilate feedback constructively.
- Keen attention to detail, effective time management, and willingness to work collaboratively on-site in Kolkata.
- Relevant academic background or practical experience in film, media, design, or a similar domain.
