Role Summary
This full-time, hybrid Video Editor position is located in Pune Division, Maharashtra, with flexibility for partial remote work. The selected candidate will be responsible for transforming raw footage into polished, compelling video content that aligns with Kita's brand identity and campaign goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams to produce engaging video content.
- Manage and organize media assets efficiently for ease of access and workflow.
- Apply professional color grading techniques to ensure visual consistency and appeal.
- Integrate motion graphics and other visual elements to enhance storytelling.
- Optimize videos for multiple digital platforms ensuring compatibility and performance.
- Contribute innovative ideas for video concepts while maintaining brand consistency.
- Support the brand’s focus on community building, user safety, and meaningful connections through video content.
Required Qualifications
- Proven expertise in video editing and production to deliver high-quality, engaging media.
- Advanced skills in video color grading for aesthetic coherence.
- Experience with motion graphics and graphic design to elevate narrative impact.
- Proficiency with professional editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, and motion graphics tools like After Effects.
- Ability to understand and execute creative briefs, adhere to brand guidelines, and meet tight deadlines within a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and demonstrated visual storytelling capabilities exemplified by a strong portfolio of video projects.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, especially within hybrid working arrangements involving cross-functional teams.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Visual Communication, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
