Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the post-production process from raw footage through final delivery.
  • Organize media files and prepare footage for editing efficiently.
  • Build rough assemblies, tighten sequences, and produce refined edits for online channels.
  • Match audio and video, make basic sound corrections, and improve overall visual consistency through color work.
  • Add titles, motion graphics, and supporting graphic elements that reinforce the story and brand style.
  • Work with producers, marketers, and designers to understand project goals and incorporate feedback.
  • Deliver completed assets on time while meeting brand and technical specifications.
  • Maintain a well-structured asset archive with consistent naming and versioning practices.
  • Keep knowledge current regarding editing techniques and platform requirements.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with video editing and video production, including timeline assembly, trimming, sequencing, and exporting in several formats.
  • Working knowledge of color grading to maintain a consistent and appealing look across projects.
  • Ability to produce and integrate motion graphics and graphic elements that support storytelling and brand rules.
  • Experience using professional editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, along with basic audio cleanup tools.
  • Strong understanding of pacing, narrative flow, and visual composition, supported by a portfolio of previous work.
  • Excellent detail orientation, time management, and the ability to juggle multiple assignments in a remote setting.
  • Clear communication and collaboration skills for working with distributed, cross-functional teams.
  • Education in film, media production, visual communication, or a similar area is helpful, or equivalent practical experience.
