Role Overview
The founder currently manages video editing alongside journalism and reporting, but as the platform expands, we seek a video editor to lead this function. The goal is to enhance engagement and consistency across YouTube and social channels.
Key Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient video editing capabilities.
- Understanding of audience retention strategies specific to YouTube.
- Familiarity with both Shorts and long-form video formats.
- A keen sense of storytelling, visual pacing, and presentation.
- Experience or comfort working with news and current affairs content.

Compensation and Growth
