About the Role
Colors Queen is seeking a talented and experienced Video Editor to join their creative team based in Moti Nagar, New Delhi. This opportunity involves crafting compelling visual stories predominantly for the Beauty, Personal Care, and Cosmetics sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce captivating Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media video content.
- Edit diverse footage including product showcases, makeup tutorials, influencer collaborations, and promotional campaigns.
- Enhance raw videos shot during product, model, and influencer sessions with creative edits, transitions, text overlays, and sound design elements.
- Apply color correction, grading, audio improvements, and video cleanup techniques to ensure polished final outputs.
- Customize video formats tailored to different platforms for optimal engagement.
- Work closely with Creative, Social Media, and Marketing teams to align content with brand directives.
- Maintain consistency with Colors Queen’s visual identity and branding guidelines across all materials.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently to meet deadlines.
Candidate Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in video editing.
- Prior experience working within the Beauty, Personal Care, or Cosmetics industry is essential.
- Proficient expertise in DaVinci Resolve editing software.
- Strong awareness of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and current social media video trends.
- Excellent sense of visual storytelling, with a focus on pacing and composition.
- Good knowledge of color grading techniques, especially for beauty and product visuals.
- Creative approach combined with meticulous attention to detail.
Working Conditions
- Location: DLF Corporate Towers, Moti Nagar, New Delhi.
- Work hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
- Work schedule: 6 days a week with one Saturday off per month.
