Praavi Consultants is seeking a dedicated Video Editor to join their team in Loni Kalbhor, Pune. This is an on-site, full-time position focused on producing high-engagement short-form videos primarily in Marathi, catering to local businesses such as restaurants, interiors, retail, and industrial brands.

Key Responsibilities

The editor will be responsible for crafting 15 to 25 engaging reels weekly, ensuring the videos capture audience attention immediately, as only the first few seconds significantly impact viewer retention. The quality of the edits will be measured by viewer engagement metrics.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants must have a strong command of Filmora or Premiere Pro, supported by 1 to 3 years of actual editing experience. A finely tuned sense of pacing, hooks, and music is essential, especially for content in Marathi and Hindi to ensure cultural nuances and humor are effectively portrayed. Speedy turnaround on revisions is expected.

Compensation and Work Schedule

The role offers a monthly salary between ₹25,000 and ₹35,000, commensurate with the quality of work produced. Working hours are from 9 am to 6 pm.
