Overview

vR Web Studios is seeking a dedicated Video Editor for a full-time, on-site role in Chandigarh. The successful candidate will be responsible for compiling, editing, and enhancing video content tailored for web and digital platforms, ensuring a coherent narrative flow and strict adherence to branding standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and organize raw video footage effectively.
• Apply transitions, special effects, and perform detailed color corrections and grading to polish video output.
• Incorporate motion graphics and other visual enhancements to support storytelling.
• Collaborate intensively with designers, developers, and marketing teams to meet project demands and uphold consistent aesthetics.
• Manage file systems and maintain compliance with established editing workflows.
• Stay informed about industry advancements and innovative editing tools.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in video editing and production, with the ability to transform raw footage into finished products.
• Expertise in video color grading to maintain visual uniformity and improve the overall video quality.
• Ability to create and integrate motion graphics and other graphic elements for dynamic presentations.
• Skilled with professional editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent platforms.
• Strong attention to detail coupled with effective time management and the ability to follow brand-specific guidelines and project instructions rigorously.
• Good communication skills and demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Relevant formal education or training in film, media, design, or similar disciplines; previous experience in video editing or digital content creation is advantageous.
